Income Qualifications
To qualify for residency at The Glens, applicants must have a gross monthly income equal to at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Applicants who do not independently meet the income requirement may qualify with a guarantor. Guarantors must demonstrate a gross monthly income equal to at least five (5) times the monthly rent and meet all applicable qualification requirements.
